I’m excited to share that Grid Coaching is now making its way into the world.

The Grid is a timely framework for coaching in today’s complex environment which balances depth with professionalism, integrates mind-body and supports coaches in developing their craft. This book will stimulate your thinking as we re-orientate as coaches to meet the demands of the 2030s.

Hey, I’m glad you’ve landed here.
Life doesn’t always announce that something needs attention. Sometimes it’s obvious; more often it’s a quiet tug, a growing restlessness, or a feeling that things can’t carry on quite as they are. It might be personal, relational, vocational, or something about how you meet life and the world around you.
Whatever has brought you here, I understand. My work is rooted in the realities of being human: navigating change and uncertainty, loss and healing, belonging and becoming. As a scientist, practitioner and writer, I’ve spent much of my life trying to understand what shapes us, what gets in our way, and what helps us become more fully ourselves. Over many years, I’ve supported people in making sense of their lives, cultivating greater coherence between mind, heart, body, and spirit, and relating to themselves, others, and life more consciously.
The truth is that what keeps knocking rarely disappears when we push it aside for another day. When we’re willing to turn towards what’s asking for our attention, life begins to make more sense, new possibilities emerge, and meaningful change can follow. If something in your life is calling for that kind of honest conversation, you’re in the right place.
